"I have used different kinds of blue light filter glasses for almost two years now. I remember before I got my Zicht glasses, I always had hard time falling asleep. I had some minor bad habits of drinking coffee and staying in front of computer for long period of time in the evening. These habits were pretty hard to change as I am required to be in front of computer most of the time due to work. I didn’t know how to survive without the coffee.
I went to bed at around 11 pm every night. As I lied there awake for an hour and got really bored, I would took out my phone or ipad (even though I knew I wasn’t supposed to!). I will stared at the screen till I fell asleep at 1:30-3:00 am depending on the day. As you can guess, getting out of bed at 7 am was really unpleasant.
Initially I bought Zicht anti blue light glasses as a computer glasses. Slowly I started wearing them all day when I was at home. It didn’t help straight away but after over a week I noticed that I would want to go to bed because I was tired. I used to get more active during the evening and going to bed just seemed stupid although I knew I needed to have sufficient sleep. After a few weeks with the glasses, I always go to bed the same time and fall asleep almost instantly. I would wake up at the same time in the morning without an alarm clock. It felt like as if my body was in sync."
